With a track record in communications and marketing, Jacqueline has worked as a reporter and researcher for major blue chip companies in the UK and US, specialising in sectors such as finance, business, technology, renewables, waste.    She has pioneered innovative and effective approaches to the delivery of the services offered by Xpert Business Development, by incorporating proven reporting and research techniques into the sales lead generation mix.  This has led to hugely successful campaigns for national and international clients, as well as helping smaller firms achieve growth.   Jacqueline holds a BA and MA (Communications).

Derek Bier:  Business Development

Derek has been involved in front-line selling for the past 30 years. He has trained hundreds of sales people and worked with top executives to increase top-line revenue.  In a former position, he rose through the ranks from sales executive, to become UK managing director of a US subsidiary.  Derek has an engineering and business degree background.

Sector knowledge includes, oil and gas, telecommunications, high technology, pharmaceutical, automotive, financial.  Product knowledge includes graphic hardware and software, publishing software, query and reporting software, financial consolidation software, consultancy for a pan-European consulting organisation, project management software,. 

Derek is responsible for new business and account development nationally and internationally.
